Reverend Gail Song Bantum is a leadership coach, culture curator, and organizational developer. With three decades of experience in pastoral and executive leadership, Gail is particularly gifted in diverse/multi contexts, succession planning, and shifting culture within organizations. She is passionate about empowering emerging leaders, and is a highly sought after speaker, preacher, and consultant. Gail served eight years as a WNBA chapel speaker for the Seattle Storm, as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations, and is the co-author of Choosing Us: Mutual Flourishing In A World Of Difference. She is an ordained minister and received her M.Div. from Duke Divinity School. Gail and her husband, Dr. Brian Bantum, have three adult children and reside in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
