Reverend Gail Song Bantum is a leadership coach, culture curator, and organizational developer with three decades of pastoral and executive leadership experience within diverse/multi contexts. She is passionate about empowering emerging leaders, and is a highly sought after speaker, preacher, and consultant. Gail is the Executive Director of the Faith & Leadership Collaborative at Garrett Seminary and the Chief of Staff at Southeast Raleigh Table in Raleigh, NC. She served eight years as a WNBA chapel speaker for the Seattle Storm and is the co-author of Choosing Us: Mutual Flourishing In A World Of Difference. She is an ordained minister and received her M.Div. from Duke Divinity School. Gail and her husband, Brian Bantum Ph.D., have three adult children and reside in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
