Assembly 2026 is a once-every-four-years gathering of women committed to faith, empowerment, and making a difference. The three-day event offers Community Gatherings, Workshops designed to gain tools and create meaningful change in your life and community, and an Experience Hall to connect with women from around the world who share commitment to justice and spiritual growth.

United Women in Faith reserves the right to vet all potential exhibitors and sponsors for Assembly 2026 to ensure they are in-line with United Women in Faith’s social principles. Once you register through the Registration link, we will begin the vetting process and confirm through an email.
Booth space is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin to make booth assignments in October, 2025.
Additional items, such as electricity, internet connections, and additional furnishings must be purchased separately through the decorator.
All booths will be set in accordance with the final floor plan. Booth background drapes will be 8’ high and side dividers will be 3’ high.
The Experience Hall will be open on Friday and Saturday from 10:15 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Ninety days before Assembly, the Decorator will reach out to all Exhibitors and send login credentials for Exhibitors to arrange any additional needs for their booth set-up.
Set up begins on May 14, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Breakdown begins on May 16 after 8:00 p.m. and May 17, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
October 2025 – Booth assignment process begins
April 20, 2026 – Registration closes
